VITASOY APPOINTS MANAGING DIRECTOR

Vitasoy International Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Fransis Ming-yin Kong as the Group's Managing Director for Hong Kong operations with effect from April 1, 2000.

Directly reporting to Mr. Winston Lo, the Group's Executive Chairman, Mr. Kong will oversee all facets of the operations in Hong Kong including international sales and Vitaland Services Ltd.

Mr. Kong joined Vitasoy International in 1978. Since then, he has worked with various departments and companies of the Group. Mr. Kong is currently the Deputy Managing Director and Executive Director of the Group.

Mr. Kong graduated from the University of Alberta, Canada with a Bachelor degree in Food Science and obtained his Master's degree in Business and Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
