Vitasoy Starts Selling Pocari Sweat in its Vending Machines
on April 1 in Hong Kong and Macau

(Hong Kong, 30 March, 2007)－ Vitasoy International Holdings Limited (“VIHL”, “Vitasoy” or “the Group”) (SEHK Code: 0345), a Hong Kong-based manufacturer and distributor of non-carbonated beverage and food, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Otsuka Pharmaceutical (H.K.) Ltd., the manufacturer of Pocari Sweat, to become the sole distributor of Pocari Sweat in the vending machines in Hong Kong and Macau. Starting from 1 April, 2007, 340 ml can and 500 ml bottle of Pocari Sweat will be available at Vitasoy’s vending machines across Hong Kong and Macau.

Mr. Larry Eisentrager, Chief Executive, Hong Kong of VIHL, speaking at today’s signing ceremony that, “We are very delighted to cooperate with Otsuka Pharmaceutical (H.K.) Ltd. to expand the distribution channels of Pocari Sweat in Hong Kong and Macau. Addition of Pocari Sweat in our vending machines not only strengthens our product portfolio, but also provides more choices for our consumers.”

Mr. Takayuki Kushida, Managing Director of Otsuka Pharmaceutical (H.K.) Ltd. said that, “Vitasoy is a well established beverage brand in Hong Kong and VIHL is very experienced in distributing beverage products. Through their extensive vending machine network, consumers can enjoy Pocari Sweat across Hong Kong and Macau anytime.”
